Anybody have a place I could buy or borrow a 50 amp generator cord? My lovely tree dropped a huge branch this morning and took mine out. Happy to go anywhere in town to grab one. Thanks in advance!

I built one for my in-laws out of romex and a couple plug adapters I found at Home Depot. They needed 100' and I couldn't find a cord that long, so I built them one.

Of course, this may not help as Lowe's and Home Depot have probably been picked over by now.

I managed to get my cord fixed. The tree yanked the cord from the outlet and left the twist lock portion in the outlet. I was able to slowly work it back in using an o-ring pick and some elbow grease. Contacts weren't buggered luckily. The branch fell from the top of the tree and straight on the cord where my inlet is. Crap luck

I have one if needed.nevermind I missed the last post. If you want a back up I have a 15 footer and can bring to league city area.

Everyone's out, lowes supposedly getting more on Monday.

Google RV stores near you. They will certainly have one.

I am headed to LC and threw my cord in the truck just in case you want to borrow it OP.
