Anyone really familiar or live in Northline Oaks in the Woodlands area south of 242? Really like the lots but have a couple questions, especially after this recent storm.

I know a few people who live there. I suggest driving through there today. It's bad.

I did, it's pretty bad with fallen trees, looks like still won't have power for a few days.. I noticed water also backing up going down to the nearby drainage area and wonder how the area does with flooding. How do they like living there?
