This has to be in SugarLand and I guess a statue is different than a monument but the San Jacinto monument is 5x the height.

I've been to a Vietnamese temple in that stretch a couple times and noticed the Indian Hindu/Harikrishna temples. Interesting how the Buddhist temples are clustered with them in a small area.
