Vandalizing or downright taking a campaign sign from someone's yard is a big no-no. It might not seem like it's
that big of a deal, but it's truly against the law.

Looking at the pictures of this "person" I'm going with the 24 hour rule. It's a walking red flag and I wouldn't be surprised if "they" didn't vandalized the signs themselves.
