Howdy! My name is Jonathan Lusk '04. We are so excited for BirdDog to join the TexAgs community!
We started BirdDog -think AirB&B for hunting- to provide hunting access to the masses on great ranches in Texas and beyond. Booking a hunt should be as easy as booking a tee time or purchasing tickets to an Aggie game. You should be able to search for the hunt you want, see clear pricing, great photos, and know that you are booking a trusted experience for your friends, family and business folks.
Our website birddogit.com has 60 ranches on the platform and we are adding more every week, so you can compare different experiences in one place. Our partner ranches have whitetail, mule deer, exotics, waterfowl, upland birds and many more. Our partners are currently located in Texas, Louisiana, Mexico, Argentina, and Africa, with more on the way! In addition to partnering with ranches, if you want a little extra, we can bring in musicians -think Pat Green or Roger Creager- playing around the campfire after a hunt. We would love to host you on a hunt this fall as we watch the Ags BTHO everyone.
On a personal note, I love Texas A&M and I'm excited to get more Aggies outdoors hunting and fishing. My wife Kat and I have three kiddos and live in Washington, TX, just south of College Station. We met at A&M when she was a soccer player and I was a Yell Leader, so our kids know where they will go to school. I hope to see you this fall in Aggieland or on a ranch. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Gig'em and Happy Hunting!
