You mean the same stretch that's been under construction since at least 2008?

Email txdot and ask. They were responsive when I asked about 146.

Looks like its one pick up truck and two guys with a shovel.

If it is the Sam Houston Tollway construction, HCTRA would be in charge of the project, not TxDOT.

Well, somebody told me at the start of this project that the concrete barrier was to be replaced because of its age and was deemed unsafe because of the damage from vehicular accidents. You would think they would start pouring concrete right away…maybe concrete for this type of project can only be poured under certain temperatures…

No tolls between 45 and 59. TxDOT owns it so people can get to IAH
