What are the chances my 1:40 flight doesn't get cancelled?

By then it will be well above freezing. I think the main questions are when and where is your plane supposed to be coming from? If it's getting here tonight and going to sit there tomorrow and be ready for Wednesday I would say close to 100%. If it's supposed to land Wednesday morning it'll be a little more sketchy but probably still over 50%.

The knock on from cancelling all flights tomorrow will be significant as well

Probably delayed at a minimum. Just because you can get to airport doesn't mean that the employees can. They have essential personnel there, but that isn't gate agents, baggage claim and TSA. Those guys will have to wait for a thaw too.

My 2:50 united just got canceled.

My 10:15 just got moved to 10:50am

United gave me a $600 credit to do some changes. Was going to fly back from XNA this afternoon. Instead I took the credit and driving to Dallas to see a couple customers. Was planning to drive to Dallas Thursday morning anyways.
