PIÑA COLADA SPRITZ



Ingredients
2 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp. Cream of Coconut
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
Coconut flakes

Directions

In a cocktail shaker add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, ice and shake well.

Rim glass with coconut flakes.

Pour into glass and top with seltzer water

Garnish with pineapple flakes and lime
