My favorite memory of 'ol Wayne is from back in his days at Channel 13. He was covering one of the tropical storms that hit Houston, on camera wearing a windbreaker gripping a sign pole as if to brace himself bellowing, "As you can see, the wind has really started to pick up now!"

Walking casually behind him is some guy carrying a box making his way through the adjacent parking lot without a care in the world.
