We are buying a new house in Oak Forest and want to relocate the water heater from the laundry room to the garage (through the breezeway). It is currently in the only spot it could be in the laundry and is in the way of foot traffic.

Anyone have a good rec for somone to relocate our water heater? I'd do it myself if we didnt have to move lines through the breezeway.

Also could just get rid of water heater and put a tankless in that same spot in laundry.
