Downtown Aquarium has a fantastic blue ferris wheel.

This. Just grab some of these from your kid's bat bag and you are good to go during the winter months.

Vic & Anthony's for the best steak/ king crab legs in Houston. Bar is great and has tables in case you don't have a reservation.

China Garden is better value than the overpriced place listed already and you walk to Toyota .
