There's a parking garage and a few lots on North Stadium drive. They all had parking yesterday for $40. Get there early enough and you may even be able to grab a free street spot on La Concha. Come in the back way on Braeswood, park in one of those, then exit to Braeswood (not OST) and skip all the nonsense. Braeswood can take you to the loop one way, or towards 288 the other way. Save time and money.
Another idea a friend did was to just get a job in the Med Center so he could use his regular parking spot near the stadium.
