yes the muffins (from what i remember-its been years!) were fantastic!
i am looking for a place to do a rehearsal dinner. my brother is tech alum and we wanted the frazier pavilion, but my sweet, soon to be sister in law, not only picked a holiday weekend, but a holiday weekend with a home game.
so, i'm out of ideas. i don't want any of the country clubs or hotels.
it's been years since i've been around town in lubbock, any ideas?

Try the Spirit Ranch (formerly the County Line restaurant). They host weddings / rehersal dinners frequently.

Don't use the Spirit Ranch if you want any alcohol. Strictly forbidden out there.

You could try for one of the meeting rooms out at Cagle's Steaks.
