I am an atmospheric sciences graduate student with a bachelor's degree in meteorology (TAMU class of 2005), and I'm currently looking for a career in wind farm speculation/development, wind energy consulting, etc.
I think the Panhandle and West Texas would be a great place in which to get into this field.
If anybody reading this is in the wind energy industry, or knows somebody that is, and would be interested in hiring a meteorologist/atmospheric scientist, please let me know. My e-mail is andy (dot) mcneel (at) gmail (dot) com.
Thanks and gig'em!
