I cant wait for basketball season. I still....care about aggie football but dont have the spirit and drive i used to have. I was always one who never left a game early, talked down about the ags and was always excited but this year i have lost that excitement and drive for football. Anyone else just struggling with A&M football this year? Maybe its just living in Lubbock and tech being good at football this year. Thats a humbling experience.

I'm sure volleyball is fun, too, but I'm talking about the basketball team. Ranked 10th in the coaches' poll and 11th in the AP. I think they'll at least make the Final Four.

I've stopped wearing A&M shirt (which make up the majority of my tshirt wardrobe) b/c I'm just sick of catching crap...especially after this past Saturday.

Yeah, I work with a bunch of tech people and I can't walk across the office without catching tons of crap. I work for Lubbock Electric and I don't know but you may have seen our "GO TECH" commercials....My boss asked me if I wanted to be in them, I told him I would quit if I had to. They think it is so funny.

This year has been tough. Not as tough as Fran's 4-8 year, but still tough.

Wear OU swag this week. I sent the tceh boys over the edge when I showed up in my OU shirt Monday.

I agree on basketball. Both teams. I am looking forward to watching them both beat tceh up here.

I cannot wait for this weekend to be over. The little countdown to kickoff shown by one of the stations is beyond lame.

So I wake up this morning, and one of the DJs on the radio is talking Tech. I turn it off. I do my thing in the kitchen, getting coffee ready. Turn the radio back on thinking its over. Its not, they're playing some made up Tceh song, but hey, I can't hear the radio from the shower so I leave it, thinking surely they'll be playing actual music when I get out. WRONG! DAMN TECH FIGHT SONG! I suffer through it. THEN AN EFFIN TARD CALLS IN AND REQUESTS A DIFFERENT MADE UP TECH SONG! Radio has been off since. Hello Good Morning America.

I hope they get their ass beat so bad. BOOMER SOONER!

tech is the only Texas team I will NEVER root for.

The story of an underdog team who doesn't get any respect usually makes me want to root for them to succeed. But, tech's fans make it impossible to like them.

Prof - I feel ya. A part of me wants that no respect underdog to win. But an even larger part wants Tech fans unhappy and unfulfilled.



I just wish the Ags were good...that makes it so much worse.

I am "Boomer Sooner" this weekend for sure.

As far as I am concerned, basketball season has started....

I told my dad (class of '54) that even though the tu game falls in the middle of our Thanksgiving dinner time, we'll still have it on. He said he didn't really want to watch because he thinks we'll get hammered, and my Techie family will give us grief.

Well, after Saturday, that won't be much of an issue.

It makes me so happy. Everybody at work hasn't said one thing to me about being an Aggie. Saturday might have been one of the happiest moments of my life. Tech fans crying and thinking it is the end of the world....WHOOP! Only problem is I have to make it through thanksgiving without the ags embarrassing themselves. With the Big 12 south on a point rampage to try and make it to a BCS bowl, it could get ugly. One thing is for sure, i would hate to be baylor.

I've had to wear at Tech shirt every friday and saturday they've had a home game for work. Each time I put it on it feels like my skin is burning.

well, due to a glitch in the wording of the bet I made, my brothers could make me wear a Tech shirt instead of a burnt orange shirt. I prefer burnt orange.


(I said that the winner could choose the shirt for the loser to wear...I should know better than to use loose terminology by now.)
