I have lived in Lubbock for about 8 months and am considering buying some land outside of town but not real sure who talk to or where to look. Any ideas on this or better yet people selling land? I am looking for something in the ballpark of around 100 acres, depending on price, that doesn't have an existing structure and prefer it to have water and electricity. I grew up on a ranch and really miss being outside.
