Never posted on this board, but my brother-in-law, nephew, and I went snow goose hunting in Dimmitt this weekend and we had a great time. All the folks we met were great to us, and despite it being cold as crap on Saturday, it was an awesome time. Loved going down Highway 86 through Caprock Canyon too.

Next time, also go through highway 207 through Palo Duro and Tule Canyon between Claude and Silverton. Very cool drive.
If you watch the opening sequence of Texas Country Reporter, it shows his vehicle coming up the south side of PD Canyon on 207.
