Next weekend is the annual Hansford County Benefit Rib Cook-Off north of Spearman.

I keep meaning to go but never make it. The last time I was out on the ranch was when Emil and Cora Knutson still lived there in the 60s.

So I'm going to try extra hard to make it there this year.

Anyone else planning on going?

I'm planning on heading that way in a few minutes. I had a large allergic reaction to some food Thursday and I still have a headache from it, so I don't know how long I'll stay. Long enough to eat and say hi to some people.

We went with a few friends. Had a great time! Ate some wonderful food, danced and got caught up with alot of old friends.
