5am??? That is too early for me. That sounds like something my wife would do though.

i was doing treadmill runs, but i really, reall, hate it. i haven't been outside yet mainly because of the cold, but the past couple of days haven't been encouraging either. i fear my only outside running may come in the summer.

When I was up there for business last August, I frequented the area in/around Broadway/19th Street. I was stayting at the Holiday Inn and that felt pretty safe as a passage to run around techa tech's campus.
