I will be in Amarillo for the summer beginning in early June until around mid August. I am having some difficulty locating short term housing there outside of an extended stay hotel. I was wondering if anyone knew of a small place to rent for the summer or an apartment not being used. I am a graduate student finishing up my work so all I need is something rather basic. Any help would be much appreicated. Thanks.

Have you looked in Canyon? One would suspect a college town might have openings in the summer. For instance, there are some university owned apartments across from the PPH Museum that are open to non-students (I think)
