For floors and painting we have a great handyman we use, I'll get his number tonight.

For a pediatrician we love love love ours, Dr. Habersong, but he specializes in kids with special needs, I'm not even sure he sees "normal" kids.

I'll have to ask the wife about the OBGYN. I know she likes hers, but I think she is just a GYN and doesn't do OB.

I have a 4 month old daughter. So far we've been very pleased with Dr. Maaytah. She came highly recommended from several of my co-workers, my husband's co-workers, and from our church friends.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Eades! He has been practicing 25+ years and delivered over 3,000 babies. He is old-school, low-key, practical, and preaches common-sense. Fantastic doc with great bedside manner. He and my husband typically talked about cows and reproduction (my husband does embryo transfer work on beef cows) during appointments and the similarities and differences to women. He was great.

I will say I've heard great things about all the docs in the Women's Health group. I met Dr. Appel and Dr. Harral before and they were nice.

rocky top ag might be the most sensible non hormonal pregnant woman ever. I'm pretty sure most women would do an at home vasectomy if there husbands were comparing them to pregnant bovines.

tony- I laughed at your post because on more than one occasion I was compared to a cow. My husband did a few ultrasounds on my belly at the vet clinic where he works. There I was sitting on a cart out by the manure-covered squeeze chute with semen tanks all around. The first one, I was about 7 weeks along (so dear baby looks like a blob on the screen) and dear hubs says "Ha! Looks just like a cow pregnancy- there's the placenta, there's the heartbeat..."

It helps that I work with cattle (nutrition side of things) and am pretty outdoorsy.

Dr Eades or Dr. Carassco. Both Aggies as well
