Headed to/thru Amarillo this afternoon. What are the recommendations for a good place to get the truck washed? Thinking of something similar to Shammy in Bryan or Wolf Creek in College Station.

There is a car wash on 34th near Coulter. South side of 34th across from the strip center that has Jason's in it.
That's about as close as the ones you are referring to.

If you want a full detail wash service, I'd give westgate carwash a try at 2608 S Georgia( just a little south of I-40), otherwise there is a Quick Quack on Georgia as well that is one of those drive thru free vacuum jobs.
