Still go back frequently, both sides of the family are from there.

Late to the party here, mainly because I'm more of a lurker than poster on TexAgs, especially beyond the Aggieland board. Born and raised in Nazareth. Class of '93 -- followed my Class of '91 brother down here for college in 1989 and never left.

You probably know Don Dixon from Kress. We were friends with he and Marcia when we still lived in Hale County, don't see much of them any more. Good guy. Would have been a class behind you at Kress and A&M.

Born in Amarillo. Dad coached at Tascosa HS. Lived Lubbock- went to Roscoe Wilson elementary. High school Abilene Cooper.

I always thought I'd posted on this thread, but apparently I never did.

Grew up in Lubbock. Did a short stint at Texas Tech before transferring to Aggieland. After college, I chased a girl to Houston for 18 months. Caught her and took her back to her home in Tarrant County for six years. Had a brain fart and moved to OKC for 19 months before returning to Lubbock back in 2015.

It took us five years to figure out how to fall in love with each other, but it finally happened at a wedding in Nazareth underneath the Panhandle stars. A dozen years ago, I don't think she ever thought she'd be living in West Texas, much less with me.

We're building a house on some small acreage south of Lubbock near a little community with a lot of Aggies called New Home. Plus we have a little farm over in Dickens County and have met a couple of Ags over there as well.

Mrs. Greentab here. Born and raised in Panhandle. Greentab moved there in fifth grade. We both went to A&M. We also lived in Hereford from '91-'96. I miss the people in the Texas Panhandle but not the hot, dry wind. Now, thankfully, livin' the dream in Aggieland.
