Anyone else here woken up by this insane electrical storm in AMA this morning? Could not believe how much lightning and how close they were to the house.

Yeah, awake and checking TexAgs because of the artillery barrage outside. Several strikes vey close, almost simultaneous thunder with the Lightning. Electricity gone, too.
We lost power for about 10 minutes. The lighting was pretty crazy in Bushland early this morning, but we will take the moisture any way we can get it. Even if I have to mow the yard more.
I've always had a strong will for storms. Last night was pure 'healthy respect'. I think at least one strike hit our block. A couple definitely hit our neighborhood
Crazy loud. Never heard our windows rattle as bad as they did that night.
My parents in Sleepy Hollow had their air conditioner control board fry. We don't think it was a direct hit but maybe just a power surge.

There was a lot of lightning in plainview, but nothing like y'all are described. Got very little rain also
