I see from the tentative new UIL realignment that Tascosa will be the only 6A school in Amarillo. Amarillo, Caprock, and Palo Duro will be 5A. (As will be Lubbock Monterey and Coronado.)

Sucks to be Tascosa. Saw an article that said their district games will be 300 mile+ road trips.

Perryton gets to play Denver City in 4AD2, District 1. 308 miles, each way. (Meanwhile, Canyon's longest road trip will be to Dumas, a mere 65 miles).
