I have single family lots I need to sell in both Pampa and Borger. Can anyone recommend a realtor? I know a little about the Pampa options but nothing on Borger. I would like to list them all with one firm, but the Pampa realtors are very evasive about listing stuff in Borger too. Do they have some unwritten agreement that they wont go into each others territory? Any help, especially on Borger, appreciated.
