I'll be catering a celebration for the TTU SVM 1st Year students (and some faculty as well) and need some recommendations. It will be held at the vet school - I want something that will be very enjoyable, but also not totally break the bank.

I like Tyler's and he is a good guy. You might talk to Hoffbrau, good people and good food there, too.

Side note, I've meet Laszlo H. and his wife, they are really nice.

If you are looking for something different, some friends had a pizza truck (pizza nomad) come and cater a rehearsal dinner. They made individual pizzas for everyone to order. Might be hard for a huge crowd but with 70 or so folks there they kept up really well.
