I am moving into a house outside of city limits within a week and need to find internet options soon. I know I can get Suddenlink but would like other possible providers. SBC is not available. Any others I should look into?

DO NOT go with Suddenlink. The service is horrible and seems the network is always down - I'm currently trying to switch unfortunately not much options. However there is a new company called clearwire. Definately look into them unless you want to deal with hassle and trouble.

We had amarillo wireless before DSL came online. It was better than dialup, worse than DSL. Have you looked at DirecTV Internet?

I'm moving out on Rockwell Road. Clearwire is out due to location. I have Dish Network and they don't offer internet.

I live that general area... had a Clearwire rep come out to try and sell me service, but I was on my way out and never had an opportunity to have him show me. Sort of wish I had... I have Suddenlink and I experience trouble about once a month for about 3 days. It sucks, but it's the only one I know works for sure right now outside of Satellite Internet (which can be costly).
