No one down here understands how West Texas/Panhandle Ags have to deal with those tech people on a 365 day basis.

I am now living North of Houston and cannot remember meeting a tech grad since I have been down here. Everyone here is an Aggie and a few T-sips. We only have to deal with those tech people every other year for a weekend. That's it.

So tomorrow, for those of you still up in the Panhandle that cannot make the game, I will be yelling extra loud on your behalf. I will be yelling so that the Ags deliver a much needed win and you Ags can live in peace for a year.

Forget Peace, if we win, take it to them in the streets for a year.

Made the trip down and just got back home. Thankfully, I don't cross paths that often with any TT grads. No local TV or newspaper for me over the next couple of weeks, though.

I was home for the weekend, so at the high school football game Friday night we had a little bit of good-natured pre-game ribbing going on, and this morning at church, it was more of the same.

Maybe it's just that all the Red Raiders I know are good people, maybe it's just that I don't get bothered by teasing, but I've never had any trouble from Techsters.

"F*** you!" or "Go screw a sheep!" is not considered teasing to me. It's not the Raiders I know that bother me. It's the stranger that makes crude comments for no reason at all.

I just thought it sucked in '01 - '03 when we lost to them and I was still in College Station. But losing to them at Kyle, then having to drive 7 hours back home to Lubbock pretty much made me want to stab someone. Thank God I only have to live in this hell hole for a few more months.

Even worse news from the game Ags.

I think our fans may have been the worse of sports on Saturday. Several reports of not good conduct.

I never thought that it would happen.

That's certainly not good to hear, Killer K. If so, I'm greatly disappointed.

Sensei, I probably wouldn't be too pleased with comments like that from strangers, but I can honestly say that I've never had that happen to me.

That's good for you. Thankfully, I didn't hear any of that this weekend. Now, 1999 and 2001 in Lubbock were a different story. Maybe you can educate these folks so I don't have to deal with any of that behavior next fall in Lubbock.

I was there Saturday and even had friends from tech go to the game and did not hear of any reports of bad behavior from Aggie fans. I'd love to hear the specifics because my tech friends were very complimentary of the way they were treated before, during and after the game.

Now, tech fans are a different story.

Nothing that bad, except we are Aggies. And actually only rumours.

There were a few more, but I don't recall them today. I am trying to forget the whole affair. All I can really remember of the game is McGee and a RB running the option all day long!

They probably were retaliating when raider fans called them nazis. (like I got called)
