When is Cheddar's supposed to be built? I ate there ALL the time in College Station, and I'm living in Amarillo for six weeks this summer interning at Underwood Law Firm. Hopefully it'll be open by then

The Chili's on Coulter is good though. They are here to stay too because they stay open when everyone else closes. During the 9 inches of snow that weekend, they were open that night and everything else was locked tight - yes, I was stupid and drove from Canyon to Amarillo just to eat.
