how are the bass? are they biting?

no longer actually tacking on an extra year. i had to get a real job.

The largemouth and smallmouth were just beginning to turn on at Lk. Meredith. Fridays cold front (with snow) will slow them down until the water warms again. Fish the coves near a breakline and any rock outcroppings or visible trees in the coves. Suspending crankbaits and jigs fished slowly were getting bit. I doubt that will change. Some don't want to believe it but Lk Meredith has some very nice bass and walleye in it. Last week water temps were 55 - 58 degree in the afternoon.
