Lamesa or Brownfield. They're bizzarro versions of each other, kind of like Springfield and Shelbyville on The Simpsons. I'm more familiar with Lamesa, so I'd give it the edge though.

I'd have to go with Lamesa. Brownfield is at least 15 minutes closer to Lubbock, so it has that in its favor. Lamesa also seems to have rougher parts.

At least Lamesa has a community theatre group.

Lamesa did try to clean up a bit last summer by going Tulia on all the mexicans. Well not all of them, but a lot.

Levelland?

I suspect that Cactus has them all beat.

Cactus gets my vote.

Cactus is even worse now. 90% of homes damaged, power still out (as of Monday night), dusk to dawn curfew.

Can someone from further north explain Cactus to me? I had to drive through there once this summer while I was working in Amarillo, and it felt almost like I was driving through a third world country. I had never even heard of it before that. It reminded me of a lot of Patricia, only a lot bigger. What do the people there do?
