Things have changed. Though we've been gone almost18 years, the day I saw the Pinkies on the Slaton highway closed made me think the end of the world is near. Who would you that they would ever close.

There are beer stores IN Wolfforth. I live on the west side of Lubbock and that is the closest place. I promise you.

Local election = beer and wine can be sold in Wolfforth. There are currently two convenience stores (service stations) selling cold beer in Wolfforth.

Very handy for Brownfield folks.....

must admit it was nice being able to run down the street to get a beer when I was moving out. I kinda felt like I was a teenager buying beer.
