I am looking to buy a home in Canyon. I know real estate goes really fast so I am hoping that by telling as many people as possible if anyone knows of something they will pass along the info. I am looking for a home - preferably newer (within the last 10 years) and around 1500 sq. foot (I just can't afford the 1800 sq foot homes). I have a realtor, but know word of mouth gets things on the roll. If you hear of anything, let me know!

Who's your Realtor? And have you tried the Amarillo and Canyon papers? Are you in Canyon now, or looking to move?

My Realtor is Joan Van Doren at REC. I have looked in the papers and everything seems to be under contract as soon as I find something. I am already in Canyon and living with family, just looking to find my own place.
