Finally found her owner. I can't begin to say how horribly Lubbock Animal Services handled this situation. I notified them that I had the dog, the owner that he was missing her. They could not connect the dots. We finally saw a flier.

You are absolutely correct. My catahula decided one day to go on a walk about. I called the pound everyday that she was missing to see if anyone had called or if she had been picked up. the 5th day I called and talked to someone new she said "Yeah we picked her up about 4 days ago." I was pretty hot especially since she had her tags on.
