and we had to make our obligatory stop at doug Henk's BBQ. For a cheap little hole in the wall place, it is fantastic. Wish they would open one here in Lubbock.

Doug's is the best. Used to go to the one at 34th and Georgia. We could make it over there for lunch when I was in high school. Now I go to the one on Teckla when I'm in town. I'll be in Amarillo next Monday thru Thursday, and will probably eat there 3 times.

The Frito Pie is unbelievable. I like to get an extra bag of Fritos just to add some.

Great BBQ, and very inexpensive. How it should be.
