I am trying to find possible employment in san angelo in gas measurements. My family is trying to relocate but I am having a little trouble finding anything in this industry. I spoke with a company named "JIS Measurements" on Knickerbocker but have yet to hear back from them. Any help would be great.

San Angelo doesn't have much to offer for the O&G industry, if that's what you're aiming for. Most of the smaller, surrounding communities possess all the oil and gas business.

Try looking in Sterling City. I know Range Resources has some operations out that way.(~25min drive from Angelo)
