Check the Abilene newspaper on line. It appears to be under control.

i was there this weekend with mom and dad. aunt patty's ranch was partially burned on the (oops) north side of the lake road and the brooks ranch was totally burned except for the house and the out buildings. it had even burned almost up to the hotel we stayed at.
