3. Venizia (really good, and not too costly) Great atomsphere in the summer with the large outside area.

Seriously, when I'm in Midland to visit my mom, I make sure I get a Taco Villa fix. We're in B/CS now--no Taco Villa or Taco Bueno. The only Mexican fast food here is the Bell. Ugh.
I'm just not a Rosa's fan, but Jumburrito is alright.

As far as sit down: Luigi's downtown is good for Italian... sit down mexican food places are too many to list... I love Ajuas personally but there are better quality places... Like I have said to many people before I think Midland/Odessa's worst mexican food is better than most places best.
