Have you been in Notrees lately?

[crickets chirping]

not much out there...

In the 50s folks in the oil camps in the area went to Notrees for R&R.

I went through Wink not long ago.

It's a nice enough little town, but it's easy to see how Roy Orbison could write a song named "Only The Lonely."



The Roy Orbison Museum was cool.

Notrees is well-named.

I finally drove through there on my way to Wink tonight.

Are there any restaurants there? I had to wait until I got to Kermit to get gas.
