THere's actually a good Mexican restaurant, but I can't remember the name of it.

The one just East of the courthouse? It is good, but I am also drawing a blank on the name.

Beefmaster's in Ballinger is hit and miss, I can't recommend it in good conscience.

The little small town type drive in hamburger place right across from the hospital/nursing home is good and cheap.

Have you been to the Lowake Steakhouse?

It's nearby and worth a visit.

That place is an area institution and has a website.

I believe The Shed in Wingate is closed now, but it was always good.

I'm going from Marble Falls to Lubbock tomorrow and will eat lunch at Hard 8 BBQ in Brady, before getting to Ballinger and driving on to points northwest.
