So how are you liking West Texas football so far Ditka?

Actually, every single game I've been to has been more or less over before it started. I've done 3 Andrews games, which may have something to do with that, a Monahans game and 2 Wink games. At least the Wink-McCamey game last night was clos,e but horrendously played.

Permian is awful, Lee is down and OHS isn't as good as they think they are. I'm really hoping to folow Monahans deep into the playoffs.

So what you're saying is....

you move to town and everything goes to crap.

Don't let the fan base know you're the cause for this, they're rather rabid about things like that.

Ditka - I'm a Greenwood grad, and I was wondering what your take is on them. They had that brutal early schedule (Wylie, Snyder, Sweetwater) and that close loss to Seminole. But they're putting up some big numbers against the weaklings of the district. Have you seen enough to form any opinion on them?

Unfortunately, district 3 and 4 are matched up in the first round, so they'll be one and done in the playoffs. But it seems like they've got some good young talent and they could be good in the next couple of years.

I'd say they have a pretty decent shot at giving Monahans a run for the championship tomorrow night.

But only if their quarterback plays. I don't know much about this stewart kid but they need to have all their guns blazing to win.

Also, freaking tackle Sam Graves. He's white and goes about a buck-80. He can't be as hard to bring down as every team I've seen them play makes it look.
