It might be interesting to find out the routes everyone takes to CS from San Angelo. I know we go back roads all the way. Some go through Brady, others Lampasas, etc.

765 is the way we go, too, then to Goldthwaite, Gatesville, Temple, Hearne, CS. Best way we've found!

That is supposed to be the quickest, but taking a motorhome down, the best is Brady,San Saba, Lampasas, Belton, Cameron, etc. From the intersection of Loop 306 to Penberthy is 289 miles.

I used to like the Llano, Burnet route in a car, but the mess at Gtown, etc is to much to fight with now...

Huh??? Maybe from Grape Creek on the north side of Angelo to the SE side of dirty SA, but not 4 hrs.

3 hrs is about right, if you go Eden, then thru Junction to I-10.

4 hrs ifyou go thru F'berg......

It's two hours, 45 minutes from San Angelo to Lubbock if you don't stop and go 75.
