Some people claim that there is nothing to do in the valley, however after living in several cities over the last couple of years (New Orleans, Houston, Austin)....I really don't see that, you can do just about everything in the Valley as any other big city..... Am I missing something?

What the valley needs it could not possibly support: Professional sports teams, theme parks, non-corrupt elected officials...etc.


There is just about everything down here that a major metro area has, albeit on a smaller scale.


Having SPI so close to us is a major perk. Take Padre away and the RGV turns into Laredo real quick...
