I am looking to borrow or rent or purchase a gas-powered jackhammer/breaker. Does anyone know someone I can contact, perhaps in construction?

I am working at the A&M Research Center in Uvalde and want to install a number of small diameter wells to monitor ground water. The idea is to use the jackhammer to drive the wells because it is portable; I can't access the sites where I am working with regular drilling equipment.
