It's about 6 months overdue.

I think the remnants of Tropical Storm Ana have finally arrived to enhance the afternoon seabreeze front.

At least that's how it looks to my untrained eye.

Lots around today. I still haven't gotten anything measurable at the house for several months.

OKay... I'm tired of the rain. Time to leave for another 6 months.

I've had two decent rainfalls at the house this year. We could use some more this week.

It could keep doing this until next year and I would be happy!

We definitely need the rain at the ranch. The rain always seems to skip the ranch.

I guess all I needed to do was irrigate my yard to start the rain. We have had the first two rains of over .5 inches since Christmas in the last weeks here in south Edinburg. It sure has been nice.

I had to sit in the rain to watch my two grandkids practice Pop Warner football this evening. The temperature was 76, it was real damp and there was a little breeze. This old ag was kinda chillY! Things change....

0% chance of rain according to the NWS office in Brownsville (as of their 1pm forecast this afternoon).

Two hours later:

The National Weather Service in Brownsville is reporting strong thunderstorms are affecting Cameron County. Reports of pea size hail are being reported throughout the city of Brownsville.
