Still have some work to do connecting it to 77 but after you clear that its basically non-stop from 77 to HEB in Port Isabel.

Easily 15 minutes faster than going thru Los Fresnos and 2 tons less aggravation

We've been using it in its unfinished stages for 18 months but now it's finished other than the piece that connects to 77

Exit the Port of Brownsville which is Hwy 511, just before you get to Brownsville. Follow it all the way to Port Isabel.

Save 15 mins and flip the double bird to Los Fresnos PD

I go to SPI from Edinburg and cut off for SPI at 100. I guess that this road cut off past that and closer to Brownsville. Interesting. I really hate driving though Los Fresnos!
