Ok so yesterdays travel wasn't the best. I got to houston and missed a connecting flight..things happen.

While waiting for the new connecting flight we were ready to board..when the gate informed us that the plane got struck by lighting and we had to wait for the next flight.

I think it took me twice as long to fly to SA than it would have been driving....sucks!

Today (friday) finds MB on I-10 somewhere between SA and Houston.

Tonight is The Police - floor seats! MB rolls in style when not having flight delays.

Stopped for lunch at one of SA's finest Hooters to watch a replay of last nights NBA draft.

While eating one of the most non-endowed Hooters waitresses struck up a convo with me. Let me just say that when I have to get up and leave when a hooters chick is talking mid sentence...it couldn't have been good.

When I finally got a word in from all her yaking...she asked what we were up to. I said I'm on my way to watch The Police and she looked like she had no idea what I was talking about. I felt old all of a sudden. luckilly some cougars tonight will take care of that

perhaps i don't see the whole picture but why the F would you fly from mcallen to houston to SA? then drive to houston for the police? why the F not stay in houston if you were already there? either you're not very smart or have never seen a map.....

Trust me I was thinking the same thing last night. One of my friends wanted to hang out in SA and I figured why not...just more hassle.

On the bright side....i've got a full bottle of crown ready to go in the backseat. No need for big toyota center prices...gotta save that money for houstons finest..uh..entertainers

He had a sancha he needed to meet up with.
