get a band for country, but for the 80s stuff just hire a dj. i know a awesome dj out of mcallen/pharr area. DJ Ram "TC" Charger. let me know if you want his info. He just did a 15enera i went to, and the kids and adults were tearing up the dance floor with the jams he was playing.
