Had an adjoining property slush tank empty into a ditch that drains into my lake. I'm not at all satisfied with the steps the oil company is suggesting and want to engage with an attorney at this point. In the Buffalo area.

Jim Lambeth in Tyler does a fair amount of real estate law, I believe. He's a good guy. Very sharp.

Maybe Linebarger has a group I don't know about but I thought most/all of what they did was property tax liens/collections?
